There are three main things I took out of my military experience, Discipline, Commitment, and Integrity. After my military service, I used my G.I. Bill and obtained a degree in construction management, here is where my journey starts.

Creative financing is a non-traditional or uncommon means of buying land or property. I also work with homeowners facing foreclosure helping them postpone the trustee sale and providing the with an exit straragey that best meets their needs.
